You are reminded that parking on Village streets is prohibited. The Police Department will be strictly enforcing the parking restrictions. Temporary permission can be obtained thru the Kildeer Police Department 438-6010 for such things as driveway repair, party guests etc; this permission must be obtained in advance. Any cars parked on the street without permission will be ticketed—whether resident or invited guest.
Of particular concern is the landscaping trucks which continually choose to park in the streets, with no concern to routine traffic. Beginning immediately, landscape contractors parking equipment on Village streets will be issued a red Violation Notice (both in English and Spanish) which reads: “ Kildeer Police Department Violation Notice – Parking on the street in Kildeer is prohibited. You must park your trucks and trailers in the driveway or you will be ticketed. Fines range from $50 to $750. Thank you for your cooperation. Jeffrey Lilly, Chief of Police”
