Boschome (Bosh-home) Farms was established in 1957 by Henry Bosch and is zoned R-1. This 51 lot subdivision is supported by District 95 and serviced by the Lake Zurich Rural Fire Protection District.

The Farmington Units 1-4 were developed in 1961-1968 by Arthur T. McIntosh. This R-1 zoned, 194 lot subdivision is in School District 95 and has fire protection provided from Lake Zurich Rural Fire Protection District.
