1. Building Permit Application (contact the Village Office (847-438-6000) for applications)
2. $70.00 fee required at time of Application submittal (permit fees are based on size and specifications of construction) balance due will be required when permit is picked up.
3. Copy of roofers license.

Upon receipt of application the information will be reviewed by the Building Commissioner and applicant will be notified when permit is ready to be issued.
