When springtime enthusiasm has you ready to start a project, please remember that building permits are needed for:

The fine for working without benefit of a permit is 50% of the fee, with a minimum of $100. Permits are issued by the Village for revenue, but rather to help insure the health, welfare & safety of residents of the structure & the community as a whole.
